I am in the middle of my second month and have noticed that I am allowing forbidden food back into my diet. Nothing really terrible, but more carbs. I do stay on track during the day but my lunches are getting bigger and I’ve eaten a few sweets. I want to avoid this change and stay on track. Thanksgiving is coming up followed by Christmas. Fortunately my family will be at a hotel at Christmas so no goodies laying around, just restaurants. Anyway, surpisingly, I’ve stayed at the same weight (loss) for about two weeks without gaining. So hopefully I can maintain the momentum through December. I do need to exercise besides my walking but can’t seem to take that first step. Wish me luck.
