It has been three months and i will admit I’ve backslid a bit. Mainly due to the holidays and going out to eat. What amazes me though is how little weight I’ve gained back, maybe three pounds tops from my lowest. I know part of that is due to the changes I’ve made due to the plan. Being aware of carbs, starches and sugar, I just avoid them like I have, though I’ve had some. I will resume Phase I after Christmas and my goal is to incorporate exercise into it where before, with the exception of daily walking I wasn’t.
