I am new too and I have found so much help and advice in the forums and the facebook page. While waiting for my delivery I printed off the menu plan like you did and I went shopping. I cleaned out my cupboards of the junk food that I gravitate to when I am tired or discouraged and spent an afternoon slicing vegetables and having them bagged for a quick grab from my fridge. I think the key to success will be staying motivated and the support that is out there will help me do that. Looking forward to hearing about your success! Best wishes!
