Your post is really helpful, I downloaded one of the meal plans as well. It encouraged me that you have lost however, slowly. I am proud you’ve been sticking to it for almost 3 weeks that is awesome! Slow is best, I think, that is what I was told by nutritionist friends, anyway. I worked formerly as a nutritionist assistant and learned a great deal as a result. I will stick to that meal plan too and read the book and make variations as I can. I will stick to it as well, I have to lose this weight my back is hurting with the excess weight and I feel terrible about myself. I have let the loss of my Mom keep my focus off taking the best care of myself. I have much to do and to look forward to ahead and I need to be healthy in order to enjoy it.
