One thing that might help is the MyFitness pal app. You can plug in all the things you eat and it counts all the calories for you. You can plan your day ahead and at it all to the app a day in advance and you can see what things you might want to add or subtract from your day. You can get this app from the Google play store or the apple app store. It’s free!
One thing I am trying besides that is a simple checklist on the “notes” on my phone. I just check of every time I eat a protein, veggie, fat etc.
Today is day two for me, we are all in this together!
