I have been invited to attend some workshops in Ireland by a friend who needs an assistant. So I have started the program and will do my best to eat healthy; I probably will not be counting calories while away. Will resume Phase 1 on my return. I still have 5 weeks before I leave so hopefully will be down a significant number of pounds by then. I hope at least 10!
