If you are exercising you may not see as much of a daily adjustment in weight because you are building muscle mass. Also your body is adjusting to the new diet plan and the decrease in sugar and processed foods I wouldn’t get too worried yet. I wouldn’t consider it a plateou until you are losing 0 weight and inches for a week. Also you might want to consider just weighing yourself once a week, that way you don’t get so stressed out if you don’t see a change everyday. Weekly measurements will help you determine if you are still losing weight and building muscle mass. Your weight may not drastically change but your inches will.
