Hi Dave – Welcome to the program! I have found that in order to get all my meals and snacks in, I had to time them throughout the day and so I made a schedule to make sure I don’t skip meals even if I don’t feel hungry. It may not be for everyone but it works for me. I take my drops before my meals and my vitamin B drops in the morning before my first snack. So if I’m going to have breakfast at 7 am, I plan to take the drops 15 minutes before hand. Then I schedule out 2 1/2 to 3 hours for my next snack and back up 15 minutes from there for the drops….and so on. The structure really works for me. I supplement the drops with glutamine, omega 3 capsules and a multi-vitamin. A great place for some feedback is the facebook page. This community has fantastic support.
