I began exercising and actually gained 2 pounds during week 2. Week 3 I lost 1 pound. Week 4 I began losing weight again. Slow progress is better than no progress at all. At my age, if I lost weight too quickly, I’d probably look like a one of those wrinkly puppies with loose skin!
