Approach this as a lifestyle not a diet. There are countless other programs that are easier to do because they provide you with ready made options and require very little planning or thinking for that matter you just eat what they give you. This plan make you think and plan out what you eat. A lot of posts discuss the fact that you have to eat high priced foods and in the beginning that is true but I think I am worth it in the long run to be a healthier version of me. It is great that you and your husband will succeed together just don’t make this all about the numbers on the scale and who is losing more make this about the fact that you are giving yourselves longer to be together and do fun things and let the lifestyle begin.
