Robyn, no flavored greek yogurt, the sugar additives are not a good thing. As far as the Greek yogurt goes, my favorite brand is Chobani Plain non-fat Greek. In 1 cup there is 130 calories, 0 g fat and about 22 grams of protein. It has minimal ingredients which makes it a fantastic choice. Add some diced apples, a few dashes of cinnamon and a squeeze of a fresh orange and you have a very filling protein source.
