Hi – I have just started the program – also waited almost a week for the product. I am 65 years old and post menopausal and the heaviest I have ever been. I need to lose 25 – 30 lbs. I tried Weight Watchers last year, unsuccessfully, probably because it isn’t strict enough for me. I almost ordered Nutrisystem, but realize that it is unrealistic in the real world. PS1000 seems like a good option as I also need to see results quickly in the beginning. I must say I was disappointed in the booklet – was hoping for more ideas about meal planning. I am not particularly internet savvy, and would really like having something written down on paper. I was also hoping for something on the phone to use as I go through my day – a mobile app. Any suggestions? I have downloaded the free 7 day meal planner, and plan to start that tomorrow. In the meantime will try to navigate through day 2. While I understand that eating out should not be done during phase 1, that is a bit unrealistic. I already went out to dinner last night (day 1), and have a baby shower to attend today. I will do my best to navigate the menu and select included foods. Look forward to connecting with everyone.
