I am starting over because I went out of state for a week and half for a family funeral and gained quite a bit back. I didn’t backslide to the beginning but it is a little discouraging that it is soooo much easier to gain than to lose. I exercised everyday and tried to watch my portions but my meals were not from the approved food list. My scale still has me at a higher body fat percentage than my doctor but I have decided to ignore the reading and just use the weight function. Back to square one and hoping my metabolism can be jump started again with the same great results I got at the beginning of the year. Good luck with your weigh in!
