This product is most definitely better than your crystal lites, and kool aids of the world. I like that the ingredients are all natural with nothing artificial. If there is sugar in it it is best to just steer clear though. It looks like it is sweetened with Stevia which is fine in moderation, but be mindful of how much you are taking because the body still reacts to stevia as it would any other sugar. Water can be enhanced with citrus fruits for a little extra flavor!
