I know that I do about an hour Monday through Friday so I increase my drops by 0.2ml and my calories just a bit (1100-1200) and I am not hungry. On the weekends I go back to the normal 0.5ml and 900-1000 calories. I noticed that when I started this and was doing my morning walk/run and I did not increase the drops I did get hungry but since I added the 0.2 ml my hunger has gone away. I also make sure that I follow my workout with a high protein snack. I also have my protein, fruit, and spinach smoothie about 30 mins. before I start. I feel like protein keeps me fuller longer.
