I’ll have to start ordering protein powder online. The best that I could find at the local stores contains 20 g protein, 5 g carbs, and 60 calories per scoop (chocolate and vanilla flavors.). It’s called SLIMQUICK pure. Each shake is made with 1 scoop and 4 oz of water; these shakes are supposed to be used as a supplement no more than 2x a day. I’ve made fruit and spinach smoothies with the vanilla flavor for breakfast. I use plain shakes as a quick snack, but not every day.
