That’s good to know. I think my muscle mass has been decreasing even though I have been doing strength training. Not enough protein could very well be the culprit. I would like to find someplace like Curves to measure my bf% without having to go to the doctor so I can accurately gauge what is happening. BTW – that was a funny cartoon. Cheers!
