I think my husband is going a little overboard to show that he is not going to join me in this endeavor of healthy eating. He will buy bags of chips and other snacks and eat the whole bag. We have not had soda pop around for some time and now he is buying 2 liter pops and drinking them! When we have a salad, he drowns it in high fat dressing. His doctor told him his blood pressure is out of control even on drugs and his response is that he does not care!!! He has not criticized my new habits but certainly is letting me know he will not join me. Meanwhile I have lost 10 pounds and am at one of my old weights and back into some of my old jeans too! Can even tuck in my shirt! Half way to goal! Maybe hubby will come around or perhaps he will wait and be like his sister and brothers who have all had heart attacks. Hope it does not come to that.
