I have always been one to make a few different things for dinner even before ps1000. My hubby loves red meat and me and my kids do not. Daughter only likes chicken. Son likes fish and chicken. I make all three and few veggie sides, pasta side and potatoes side. Then I usually have lots of leftovers for myself for a few meals so I’m ok with it. The other night I made two premade meals for myself (chicken chow mein with spaghetti squash and cauliflower stuffing with turkey) and at the same time made hubby steaks. I am lucky that hubby already went in his weightloss journey last year and lost 110lbs so we do not have snacks and junk food in the house ever. It’s really sad when your spouse will not support or help you, it is a big deal and I hope for your hubby’s health problems he decides to choose a healthy lifestyle.
