Thanks so much Robyn! I struggle with not getting down if the scale doesn’t move. I definitely need to look beyond those numbers. I have 100 pounds to lose, so I’m sure the loss will be rapid at first and then slow down. I’m prepared to repeat phase 1 and 2.
I am also VERY excited about the recipes and food. I made tuna salad today with nonfat plain Greek yogurt and it was delicious!! I love to cook, so trying these new recipes is fun for me! I just need to get used to the new way of eating and let go of the old not healthy recipes. Good bye lasagna!
