Hey Deidra! Welcome. I think you are wise to get everything squared away. I am still in my first week and I’ve been to the grocery store 4 times already. I’d say look through the recipes online to see what sounds good to you. When you get your package there will be a book with a nice list of what you are allowed to eat. I have a kitchen full of healthy food now. Perhaps you could donate some of your “no foods.” I’m going to give some friends the foods I no longer ‘want’ to eat – like potatoes.
