Welcome I started this on Jan 1 and have lost 25.8 pounds so far. Prepping and planning is the key. The first week of detox can give you a headache but as the weight fall off so does the detox symptoms and the you just feel great. Plan your meals for the week support each other and know that we are here to support you. Join the facebook group and remember this is a lifestyle not a diet and this is for life not just for the moment. I look forward to reading about your success.
