I’ve recently encountered a new problem. It’s bad enough that my husband still drags home chips, pop, donuts, ice cream, cookies, pies, etc. and eats these things with my kids in front of me. Now my children have started raiding my larder of healthy foods; it’s much harder to keep a supply of my PS1000 approved foods in the house. I usually shop weekly because the stores are not nearby. I’m glad that my kids will make healthier choices once in a while, but they are not predictable or consistent. When I purchase more to cover their raids, some of it spoils before it can be used up. Otherwise, I run short by the end of the week. You would think that teenagers would be a little more sympathetic to my needs. Don’t get me wrong-I don’t mind sharing. I DO mind running out of food.
