Keith – Congratulations on starting this program. You have an incredible attitude and I know you will have great success following the plan. The support system in these forums and on facebook is great. Prepping and planning will be key to starting off on the right foot. But a positive attitude like yours is even better! I hope you are contagious 🙂 I hope things go well for you when you start in a few weeks. Keep us posted on your progress.
