Alexa – First of all I’d like to join in on the congratulations for your upcoming wedding. How exciting. Take advantage of it and learn from people who are just like you! Changing a habit like eating when you’re bored, tired, emotional, etc etc is not easy but is definitely doable and reading about what has worked for other people and then seeing if it might work for you is half the battle.
