Welcome, I am also prior military I was in the Marine Corps. This program has the kind of support that will seem very familiar to you. It is this unknown band of brothers and sisters that are always there to encourage, motivate and most important understand. You are already a success because you recognized that you were having a problem and you did something about it. I truly believe this lifestyle program has saved my life. I started January 1 and have lost over 25 pounds so I am close to my goal. We will walk this journey together and together we will succeed.
