Welcome Kourtney!! I think you will find the program to be a great start to healthy living. I am heading into week 3. I haven’t lost a ton of weight but I think my body is changing. I have more energy. I’m not as tired. I wake up easier (if given the chance I used to sleep until noon!). Now I wake up before my alarm. The food is fantastic and I can eat more volume than I anticipated – if I make the right choices. Think about it – a drive through meal would have blown our whole calorie allotment. However eating “clean” and healthy gives you three good meals and snacks for one burger!
