I went on a week long cruise at the beginning of the month. I knew I would gain a little weight, and I did. However, I’ve been back on the plan for about a week and a half now, and I’m happy to say that I’ve lost back the weight I gained, and starting to lose “new weight” again. It was hard staying as motivated as usual when I was “relosing” weight I had lost before the trip. I’m hoping that will get easier again now that I’m working to weight I hadn’t lost already last month.
