Thanks. I will follow the procedures. Is there anybody else have a hard time drinking the water I just can’t do it. I feel like I’m doing good just drinking 33 ounces. I have never been One that drinks water. I grew up in countries that it was not safe to drink water so we drink a lot of soda.
