Hi Tori, Good on you for quitting smoking. I feel fortunate that I never started because I know it’s a tough habit to kick. I have two suggestions for you regarding venturing into the world of working out. START OUT SLOWLY. Building a strong body takes time, and the last thing you want to do is injure yourself. FIND SOMETHING YOU LIKE. I love to walk, so I do it a lot. I actually enjoy weight lifting and have done it off and on for years, and I practice yoga. If you find something that you like, you’re more likely to stick with it. Just as in losing weight, getting fit takes consistency. Good luck on your new adventure!
