My doctors mentioned surgery and I decided that I would have to make a change regardless. Why not try it without the surgery? I’m three weeks into the program and I finally have HOPE. I can do it and you can too!
Start with the food first if you haven’t been exercising. Your body will need a little time to adjust to the new calorie norm and the lack of sugar and simple carbs.
Weight watchers is a diet program and this isn’t. This will be with you forever. Ps1000 will help you add back in the grains eventually so you are never alone. Check out the recipes and find what you like. Don’t make your first grocery list too big. You can only eat so much. Think about planning out the day and week.
