I love PIYO. I bought my program from BeachBody and it gives me a wonderful workout. It is low impact but boy do I work up a sweat. I love the definition I get from it and I switch it up with a few other programs so that I don’t plateau when my body starts adjusting to the moves I make. Find a program you love and have fun!!
