Welcome ladies!! Planning is key to success I think. It has been a theme in the forums too. There should be phase 1 menus in the store. You will also get sample menus and a list of approved foods in the book when you get your package.
Check out the recipes online. They are super helpful. If you have go to recipes now there are often substitutions that will work. For instance I make tuna salad with nonfat Greek yogurt. I will also be making a dill veggie dip with yogurt this week. Yummy! If you have questions ask! If you need recipe ideas let us know! You’ve made a great decision to get healthy!!
