Welcome to the family. I am almost done with phase 1 and have lost 30 pounds. It seems like a lot at firt but if you approach it as a new lifestyle instead of a diet you will find its pretty simple. Prep and plan all your meals and I cook for the entire week on Sundays so I’m never without healthy choices. You will find great support here and we are always ready to help.
