Hi Jamie! Welcome! I have the food list posted in my photos. In the store tab there are also sample menus with shopping lists. Check out the recipes as well and plan your grocery shopping from there. I also recommend that you buy healthy and portable snacks depending on your lifestyle. I eat raw almonds, hard boiled eggs, fruit and raw veggies. If you have something prepared you are less likely to reach for the foods you used to eat. Also less likely to do fast food if that was a problem.
I have 100 pounds to lose so it is a bit overwhelming. We just have to take it a day at a time and be happy that we are making healthy choices. If you have a lot to lose break it down and focus on non weight goals like strength. Can you walk farther and faster? Do you feel better physically and mentally? Start doing push-ups or planks and focus on getting stronger!! The new you is already here!!! You’ve made the most important first step. Good luck!
