Hi August! I would ask you the same questions. Make sure you are eating enough calories. Fewer can be a problem as your body goes into starvation mode and starts to hang on to those calories and your body fat. It may seem counterintuitive but you may need to eat MORE! This depends on your height, weight and how much your BMI is. Another note: if you have been on starvation diets in the past your metabolism may have taken a permanent hit. New research says that when we do this our body doesn’t recover (metabolically speaking). So you may be “eating like a bird” but losing no weight.
