If you must have pizza there are recipes for cauliflower crusts out there. But really cheeses are out in phase 1 too. I think I’m with Jennifer. Keep to the list and recipes online. As a person who used to eat pizza on a very regular basis I do miss it a little (when my husband is eating it in front of me!) but I’m eating so healthy now that I feel better making the better food choices. I think food substitutes get to a point that pizza no longer tastes like pizza anyway. I mean, will you really get pleasure from cauliflower crust? I’d think about how you are feeling mentally about the food you are trying to make. Maybe I’m thinking too deep!
