Welcome this is the best decision that you will ever make. I am 10 weeks in and I have lost almost 35 pounds. Prepping and planning your meals is the key. Use the recipes and the support you will get from both this site and the FB page. This is a lifestyle change not a diet and if you remember that you will love your new life.
