Paula, I think you can PiYO. The modified versions are great especially with someone who has been injured. You will benefit with the definition you get and strength. A lot of the exercises are on the yoga mat. The exercises ranges from 20 mins and the longest is about 40 mins [I would stay from that one for now until you are comfortable]. You get a variety of videos. They have a cardio one included, there isn’t much jumping and that is what I was looking for. I do kettlebell lifting too but I always go back to PiYO.
