Welcome Shelly! If you stick to the plan I think you will be successful. Just think in terms of lifestyle change and that this is a wonderful journey to be healthy.
I am waiting to see if my cholesterol gets better. As my weight goes down I am sure exercising will become easier.
The goal for me is to lose 100 pounds. I am down 25 pounds so far. I just entered my 6th week. I’m 38 and reasonably healthy (I thought) and active but poor health indicators were starting to pop up.
I am still excited to be eating healthy and getting healthy. Good luck to you on your journey!! Ask all of the questions you need. We are here for you!
