Welcome This is the best new lifestyle change you will ever make. I am one week short of completing phase one and I have lost over 35 pounds. Plan out what you will eat for the week to include prepping your snacks etc. Being prepared helps eliminate bad choices. Use the recipes on this site as they are all very good. Remember we are all here for you and will support you in what ever way possible. Always remember YOU GOT THIS!!!!
