Trish, congrats on breaking the new weight barrier. I bet that felt great. I’m waiting on a weight barrier myself. I started at 229.6 even though my highest was 233. I need to get down to 130 so I have 100 pounds to lose.
I’m just thinking… it is a good feeling to be able to talk about my numbers without feeling shame. I can’t be this free with other people. I am where I am and that is okay.
After 5 weeks I’m down to 206.3 and when I hit 199 I’m getting my cholesterol checked.
This plan has been amazing for me. I’m losing weight and inches and feeling great. I’m not worried about repeating the phases because it really seems easy so far.
