Hello I walk/run 4 miles a day and I am one week short of finishing phase 1 and have lost over 35 pounds so I would say no you are not doing to much exercise. I did increase the drops to 0.7ml (I use a syringe) and I have kept my calories around 1100. Congrats on your progress and I you reach your future goals. Happy losing!!!
