Hi Deb, I sure hope I see results this week. I am really missing my Whole wheat breads and diet ginger ale. If I don’t lose this week, I am just gonna take the drops, eat healthy foods even if not on the plan. I don’t think the Lemon Perrier water would hurt unless it is full of fructose.
