Dianna, I am like you in that I have plenty of energy and can stave off the hunger pangs but night is when I too begin to run down. I thought I would try my drops about 2:30 or 3:00pm this week to see if that helps and does not interfere with my sleep. I will let you know in a few days how that works for me.
