I make a shake for breakfast and decided to save some for the afternoon since it is so filling. However, today I decided to have it as ‘dessert’ after my big lunch salad. That was a mistake! I got way too full, and should have waited longer before having it. But I think having a small amount of a shake at the right time, if you have a way to store it, might pack the punch you’re looking for.
