Hi Lalalandia! You will be glad if you put in effort and planning at the beginning. I’m at end of week 2, 9lbs down and well over 100 to go! I work full time and travel too, so to get started, I decided to keep it very simple. From the approved foods list and based on a couple of recipes I thought would be simple, I got several basic ingredients I can use for a different meals. I learned those and let that become part of my routine, then add something else. I don’t mind repetition so that works ok for me. I planned out one day’s menu carefully with all the calculations so I have an idea of portion sizes, etc. Once I got used to that, then I experimented with different things. The support here on the forum and on the Facebook page is very good too. And on the days I cannot eat at home, I’ve been able to make reasonable choices.
