The protein powder from Amazon–is it just called Vital Protein? I need something to help with my nails and skin and am about out of protein powder except for the Quest Peanut butter which I don’t care for. I need to order this.
Also, in connection to peas on the phase 1 list, are all peas acceptable?
I love little green peas or June Peas but noticed a high sugar content, so have not fixed any. These were in a can. Frozen might have less sugar, but I wanted to check it out.
One last thing, I ordered the pm tea and I love it but I usually never remember dreams but when drinking this tea I have very wild strange dreams that cause me to awaken exhausted. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why this might happen?
