I also have been doing the breakfast shakes and love them. Quest peanut butter flavor protein powder, frozen strawberries, and water (or sometimes almond milk or coconut milk) is my favorite. I put 2-4 ice cubes if I want to make it more frozen or thick, and sometimes add a little plain yogurt for more creaminess.
