Hi Kris,

Congrats on the loss of 14 pounds! That is a great accomplishment so far. It is totally normal to hit small stalls. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and get some apple cider vinegar in your diet! Try a VLCD (in the book) and switch up your routine a little bit!
